• OAuth tokens/IDs from platforms you connect (YouTube, Twitch).
• Payment identifiers and subscription state via Stripe (no card numbers are stored on our servers).
• Usage and device data for security and analytics (IP, logs, timestamps).
• Uploaded media and derived metadata (titles, captions, schedules).
• Support communications you send to us.

Sources of data

You provide data directly when registering, uploading content, or contacting us. We also receive data from providers you connect and authorize, including Google/YouTube and Twitch, as well as our payment processor Stripe.

How we use your data (purposes and lawful bases)

• Provide and improve the service, including processing and scheduling content (Contract necessity).
• Authenticate and maintain your session (Legitimate interests; Contract necessity).
• Process payments, manage credits and subscriptions via Stripe (Contract necessity; Legal obligation).

Processors and third parties

• Stripe for payments and subscriptions.
• Google/YouTube and Twitch for OAuth and publishing features you enable.
• Hosting, storage, and analytics providers used to operate the platform.
• OpenAI for certain AI features you invoke (e.g., metadata generation).

These providers process data on our behalf under data processing terms.

Data retention

We retain account and transactional data for as long as you maintain an account and as needed to comply with legal obligations. You may delete uploads from within the app; residual backups may persist for a limited time.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with service providers noted above and when required by law. Where data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses) as applicable.
