Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using S1Clip (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Service description

S1Clip provides tools to process, annotate, and schedule short‑form video content and related metadata, with optional integrations to third‑party platforms you authorize (e.g., YouTube, Twitch).

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and safeguard your credentials.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or harm to the Service or others.

4. Acceptable use

• No unlawful content or infringement of third‑party rights.
• No abuse of APIs, scraping, reverse engineering, or security testing without consent.
• Comply with third‑party platform terms (e.g., YouTube, Twitch) when using integrations.

5. Subscriptions, credits, and billing

Paid features may be offered through credit balances and subscription tiers billed by Stripe. Taxes may apply. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for recurring amounts until you cancel.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Unless required by law, fees are non‑refundable. We may adjust pricing or features with prior notice.

6. Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process, transcode, analyze, and publish your content as necessary to provide the Service and features you enable.

The Service, including branding and software, is owned by S1Clip and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Third‑party services

Integrations (e.g., Google/YouTube, Twitch, Stripe, OpenAI) are provided subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third‑party services.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, S1Clip will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or use, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

10. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless S1Clip and its affiliates from claims arising out of your content or your breach of these Terms or applicable laws.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your account for cause, including violations, fraud, or security risk.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law requires otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date above. Material changes may be notified in‑app or by email.
